Stay away from this place. I had the automatic transmission fluid and both differential fluids replaced. Just over 1 month later, the transmission blew. Left me stranded on the way to Redmond. I had vehicle towed to Grants Pass Automotive where their service manager informed me that the automatic transmission had been overfilled by 1.25 quarts and that whoever (Medford AutoCare Center) serviced the transmission last "did me dirty". His words - not mine. When I informed Mark (the owner) of what happened (with paperwork from Grants Pass Automotive) in response to his follow up text on June 1st, 2026, he responded with this : " I am passing this information to the owner. He is out of the shop this week, when he returns I am going to have him get in contact with you regarding this. " Today is June 27, 2026. Still no contact from "the owner." Mark IS the owner. Pure deceit. I had to replace the entire transmission out of pocket. UPDATED RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT (6/30/2026) : If you truly have a hard time believing that putting too much automatic transmission fluid into a transmission doesn't cause any problems, then your incompetence has definitely been exposed. Needed air conditioning fixed. We were visiting Medford and had only a few hours to get it done. Medford AutoCare took care of it same day, an hour early. Really appreciated that they performed a thorough inspection and detailed several other items for our regular mechanic back home to fix.

Called Medford auto care about several issues I was having with my car. Before making the appointment I asked specifically if they accepted Auto Pass Credit Card. A Credit Card just for repairs and tires. They said YES!! Great. They got me in quick ,told me what was wrong with my car,all very reasonable prices and they did the repairs. The next day I went to get my car and my auto pass credit card wouldn't work. We called the card company and they advised the merchant to call them. Well long story short they do not accept the Auto Pass Credit Card like they said they did. They wanted me to sign up for their financing. I dont need another credit card when I have one you said you accepted!!So there I was at the counter trying to figure out how to pay this 1260.00 bill. I had 3 guys starring at me like I was some liar. Very uncomfortable. I ended up using my rent money and splitting between credit cards because I needed my car for work. Point of the story I would not have even brought my car there if I knew they didn't accept the card. I wouldve went someplace else that accepted it. The only reason I got the card was to fix my car because I didnt have any extra money to spend.. I e

Took my 2018 Ram 3500 in to have the heater repaired and a few other things looked at. The repair was completed in a very timely manner and everyone I spoke to and that had worked on my truck was a true professional. The thing that sold me on the high level of quality control and true mechanical skill was when I spoke to the guy working on my truck (forgot his name) and he told me "I have to take the dash apart so I'm gonna take my time putting it back together so nothing is loose and rattles". That right there sold me to level of mechanics they have working there. They did the job right, on time, and showed they truly care about putting everything back the way it was if not better. Also, I didnt ask for it but they cleaned my floor mats and wiped the inside down so well I thought it had been through a detail. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly the first time, I suggest going here. You wont regret it. Thank you to everyone that works here. Jason P.

They have consistently done a good job repairing my pickup and Mark and his team are always willing to work with you.
